A validation master plan nobody reads isn't a VMP

AVEX Engineering Team · 1 min read

A VMP written once for an inspection and never referenced again isn't a living plan. Revisit it at every major project kickoff, or replace it with one that gets used.

Many VMPs are written once, ahead of an inspection or audit, and then archived - never referenced during actual project planning, never updated as the validation program evolves, effectively fiction by the time anyone reopens it.

Revisit the VMP at every major project kickoff and treat it as a living planning document, or replace it with a shorter one that people will actually use.
